We had a great stay in this house. It met all our needs of our 13 person group. We loved hanging out on the porch and the kids loved playing in the yard and the bunk room downstairs. It's a bit of a drive to the area attractions but that seemed to be the case for most of the places I looked at. There were lots of grocery stores, retail stores, and restaurants very nearby the house. But the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. We say all kinds of wildlife in the yard which was fun! We would stay here again.

Our party of 10 had a wonderful stay! Tanya was quick to respond. The home was kept very cool with all the fans & portable units that were provided. It’s a lovely home that had all the necessities. The kids enjoyed the gameroom, hot tub & climbing wall outdoors. We enjoyed grilling out back & seeing some deer come right up to the back porch. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some of our home-cooked meals. Beds were very comfortable! Location was great! Great host & overall great stay!

Loved the house, the stay is wonderful and has a great view of the mountains. The good area made for a perfect base to explore. Everything was exactly as described, and we had a truly comfortable and enjoyable time. We'll definitely be looking to book here again on our next visit.

Tanya was the best we came up to stay for a tattoo convention that we participated in and needed a place to relax and unwind before each long day. It was everything we needed plus the neighborhood seemed very respectful and welcoming non judgmental. Something most of us artists tend to deal with. Our family was comfortable and the kids felt at home, and safe. Make sure to check out there coffee shop during your stay. Thanks again for having us we appreciate you guys very much!

Tanya is an amazing host! She is super helpful and always promptly responds. This house was so comfortable and charming to stay in with a big group. All of us had enough privacy to keep to ourselves, but still could accommodate group activities in the game room, living room, etc. Location is also so convenient, close to every necessity as well as cool experiences. Would absolutely come back to stay at Tanya’s accommodation.

We traveled to Colorado Springs with the kids and grandkids, and chose Tanya's place for it's amenities and location. The property was exactly as described and suited our situation perfectly. Tanya is an amazing host, and extremely prompt with responding to any questions or concerns we had. She offered wonderful suggestions on local sights and surrounding options to nearby restaurants. This place was the perfect setting for our family to travel to the Springs for the funeral of a loved one. Even though we were there as a family for a sad reason we discussed coming to this house again for another family vacation. It was a great location and it felt like home.
