The house was perfect for our trip. The house has plenty of room and activities for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and it felt like home. If you are traveling with your family or large group I would highly recommend Tanya’s property!

This air bnb was absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. I felt as if i was miles away from the city but yet i was smack in the middle. The neighbors were so friendly. The house is on an acre and the outdoors were so nice. The uard is undeveloped in the back but the front and immediate area was perfect to sit out and enjoy the scenery and peacefulness. The house is huge and very well taken care of. The rokms are very spacious and bed are super comfy. All the bathrooms were sparkling clean. The kitchen was my favorite spot. We enjoyed cooking as a family. The dining area accommodated all of us to sit as a family. The reading nook was a joy to sit on and hang out. The hot tub was a hit with the kiddos. The game room is a parent's dream!!! The main lving room is cozy. Tanya has the air bnb set up like a home. The garage is a bonus hamg out area for adults to kiddos. The home has everything you need!!

We had a great stay in this house. It met all our needs of our 13 person group. We loved hanging out on the porch and the kids loved playing in the yard and the bunk room downstairs. It's a bit of a drive to the area attractions but that seemed to be the case for most of the places I looked at. There were lots of grocery stores, retail stores, and restaurants very nearby the house. But the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. We say all kinds of wildlife in the yard which was fun! We would stay here again.

This home is very lovely and met all our needs. The kids really enjoyed the games. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 6 children and plenty of beds to sleep all comfortably. The neighborhood was also very nice; we enjoyed the neighborhood walks. The home exceeded expectations.

Our party of 10 had a wonderful stay! Tanya was quick to respond. The home was kept very cool with all the fans & portable units that were provided. It’s a lovely home that had all the necessities. The kids enjoyed the gameroom, hot tub & climbing wall outdoors. We enjoyed grilling out back & seeing some deer come right up to the back porch. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some of our home-cooked meals. Beds were very comfortable! Location was great! Great host & overall great stay!

Our families first visit to the beautiful state of Colorado and this home was perfect in accommodating our large family. Tanya was very responsive and helpful . I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking to have a peaceful getaway from a big busy city but still close enough to find some cool things to do.

My family and I loved our stay. It's a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone seemed comfortable in their rooms. It's a great stay for large families. Some of my family arrived to Colorado before check in and Tanya let us know when the cleaning crew was done so we could check in a little earlier. Wonderful host and Airbnb in a beautiful city!

This home was gorgeous and in a wonderful location. It is very close to many of the Colorado Springs attractions. Tanya was very helpful and provided a list of attractions and local places to visit. My daughters loved the basement area with bunk beds and bean bags, and enjoying dinner on the balcony area. Very family friendly with the games as well! We even saw a deer through the window one morning. The hosts were excellent. I would 100% recommend!

Tanya was a great host and we loved the home! It was larger than we expected and had so many activities for everyone to do while we were there. The location was perfect, close to our friends in the area and lots of variety of businesses and outdoor activities.

We stayed at Tanya’s for a girls’ trip and had the best time!! It was a great location with all the large sitting areas we needed. We LOVED the hot tub setup and enjoyed the patio during our stay. Tanya was super helpful and very responsive during our time there. Would book again!!
