Perfect spot for our big Thanksgiving gathering! Plenty of space for 16 people and 2 dogs, a well‑stocked kitchen for our turkey feast, and fun extras like glow ping pong and arcade games for the teens. Quiet location, easy parking, and comfortable layout for all ages made it a great stay.

Amazing layout that accommodates a big family. Had all the amenities you could think of that a house would need. Plenty of dishes and silverware, towels, all the necessities to accommodate us all. Great location, close to everything and felt very safe. It’s a hidden gem and would definitely stay again.

I am absolutely happy with my stay here. We were a group of 10 with 3 dogs. There was enough stuff in the kitchen for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked from blender for salsa to can opener for tomato sauce. There were enough pans to cook each meal. We used the grill and the fire pit. This was the perfect space for all of us. The kids had a blast with the cable and video games and enjoyed the downstairs space. They were entertained and occupied the whole time. It’s a great place to do group activities. My favorite part was the dining room table. It was big enough for us all to sit at and eat each meal. I will definitely be booking this place again. My only complaint would be the bed in all rooms squeak a lot but this does not take away from the beautiful home and the great experience we had. Thank you Tanya for being a great host and always responding quickly.

The home is beautiful and spacious. It is also in an excellent location. Very close to the Garden of the Gods and many shopping centers. The neighborhood is quiet. I appreciate, how clean the home and linens were. She had plenty of extra towels and supplies. Tanya made everything so easy. I like the fact that she had a binder with instructions and information. I will definitely, be using her home again in the future.

This house was so amazing that I couldn’t believe I was staying there! The host was first and formally so accommodating and amazing on her responses. Then there was the house, and this place blew my mind. There were so many activities to do, the place was spacious and clean, and the hot tub was absolutely the most amazing part. If you are looking for a place that you can enjoy staying at the house especially with a bigger family/ group then this is your best option. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!

Tanya was a wonderful host! We had family in town for our wedding and the house was comfortable and accommodating for everyone! From check in to check out, we knew there was always an open line of communication. Instructions for the house were clear and easy to understand. The house had all of the amenities mentioned and we had a great time! Def recommend for bigger gatherings!

Tanya was a fantastic host, very pleasant and quick to respond. Having said that, I should have booked a single-level home accessible to wheelchairs. That’s on me. The kids had a great time playing downstairs, but upstairs one of the game consoles had no connection to power and the Roku and TV remotes worked only on occasion. We thought it was a battery problem, but new batteries didn’t help so we mostly used my phone to cast what we wanted. The spa was enjoyable but I think would be better if it was enclosed. But that’s my opinion. The kitchen was very well stocked. Would I book here again? Absolutely if some of us didn’t have the medical issues that we have.

We enjoyed staying here. It met our needs family needs perfectly. The location was great. it is in a neighborhood but yet private and quiet. Having the video and arcade games there was a plus . It was arranged that we are could spread out and have "our" space. Tanya is a great host, if we had any questions she would respond in a timely manner. The description matched the home. We would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 5 ladies coming to Colorado for a week. Tanya’s place was perfect for us! Quiet neighborhood. Large home with plenty of room for individual quiet time at the end of a busy day. The home is clean and spacious. We would definitely rent again!
